The demand for drinks from this shop is high during Diwali.
Sale of 50 quintals of peas
Shop owner Giani told that this Diwali he has made more than 50 quintals of paav. Preparations for this were being done for the last 15 days. More than 30 artisans and helpers are engaged in this. The artisan told that the sweetness of jaggery is less in this drink. This is the reason why even diabetes patients eat it with great enthusiasm. Sesame seeds and fennel are added to it, this further enhances the taste.

The shopkeeper told that the price of jaggery has increased at this time, due to which the price of laddus and piyaav has also increased this year as compared to last year. Let us tell you that jaggery powder is sold for Rs 200 per kg. A huge demand is being seen for it this Diwali. The shopkeeper told that 50 to 60 percent profit is made on the sale of sweets. The shop owner told that in this market of just 2 days of Diwali, a profit of up to Rs 2 lakh is made.
